Qualtrics support team wins Silver Stevie® Award…again!

The Qualtrics Support team has been recognized for a second straight year in the Stevie® Awards — the world’s top honors for customer service and contact center professionals. And the category? Best use of technology, of course!

We know, we know… it’s hardly fair when we get to use our own tools to show just what they can do, but for the second year in a row, the team took home the ‘Best Use of Technology in Customer Service’ at the Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The award recognized a number of updates our teams have made to the way our customers access the support they need via their online support portal — and it all comes down to acting on what our customers have told us.

The awards judges highlighted four main areas that set the Qualtrics team apart:

  1. Seamless product-to-support navigation
    You can now go directly from the XM Platform™ to our customer Support Portal and other great resources, like Basecamp and the XM Community, without re-entering your login credentials.
  2. Implementation of AI
    AI-powered tools like chatbots and smarter content recommendations on the Support Site have been implemented to help you find the information you need faster than ever.
  3. Advanced search capabilities
    Our all-new search function helps you find value-adding resources that go beyond the simple ‘how to’ content, whether it’s conversations happening in the XM Community, practitioner training courses on XM Basecamp, or world-class thought leadership from the XM Institute.
  4. A user-focused redesign
    The redesigned Support Site home page includes tiles to navigate directly to critical resources as well as more intuitive navigational features. Additionally, the team continues to prioritize accessibility for Qualtrics resources to be made accessible to all.

This goes to show there is no “silver bullet" when building customer-focused tools. It takes many building blocks and listening to customers' feedback to ensure positive outcomes. Qualtrics has shown their ability not only to learn, but to listen to their customers and turn that feedback into growth.
